pre-bundle all supported meta schemas in schema store

To address latest resolution from json-schema.org community meeting about bundle draft in implementations and prevent them from trying to fetch the meta schemas from the Internet (link).

This also makes the library not Internet dependent while still allowing it to validate loaded schemas.

Thanks. I may change the implementation to load the actual files from resources rather than using Java wrappers. But this is useful in this form at least.
