As reviewers of the Philippine CDI Implementation Guide for Integration with the National Health Data Repository (NHDR) we would like to be able to do the following (with the business reason denoted behind the dash):
- update the IG as FSH source code - to propose changes
- use the conventional HL7 publication toolchain to generate artefacts - to review and assess outcomes
- perform static quality checks - to prevent semantic issues early
- note and relate to the fsh code
- issues discovered - to improve the code
- requests for improvement and features -
This should be ready by Jun 2025.
To achieve this, we intend to work in the following phases:
- Ad-hoc
- create a single personal Github project.
- document the requirements raised in this text within the project’s issue tracker and wiki.
- download an existing copy of PHCDI.
- reverse engineer the JSON to FSH selectively using FSH Online. We will not use GoFSH at this time.
- run the publisher build.
- Organised 6. Create a Github organisation. Ideally, this would be under HL7 Philippines. 7. Create projects for PH Base, PH Core, PH Core Data for Interoperability, and NHDR IG. 8. Break the existing single artifact into PH Base, PH Core, PH Core Data for Interoperability, and NHDR IG. We’ll take each item in the existing guide and put it in one of the four new ones. 9. Scale and coordinate the builds to target external systems and servers.
- Evolved (beyond June 2025, proposed) 10. Create Codespaces to allow editing on the server side 11. Add means to edit dynamic testing approaches (TestScripts, Inferno) 12. Include dynamic testing approaches into the edit cycles
