Dear jbrazio,

I directly attached my NEMA17 with-out a gearbox. I therefore needed to use microstepping (down to 1/16th). So I changed the code to have a STEPPER_FULLSTEP_MICRORES setting, with which you can configure, which microstepping will be "full" resolution.

Hi ! I was a bit away from this project. Yesterday I finally made a commit to a branch with the proposed code for the latest revision of the focuser "official" board.

Some stuff changed like it now supports config files per board. The overall idea is to have out of the shelf configurations and make the life of the users easier. Could you please review the branch and check how could we integrate your changes into it ?
