Article::getRedirectTarget() is deprecated
In MediaWiki 1.35, the class User has a function called addWatch(). In MediaWiki 1.39, addWatch() was removed from User and the function addWatch() was moved to the WatchlistManager class. CopyWatchers.php causes 1.39 to throw an error due to this. This change removes the deprecated function call.
