Early release for Factorio 2.0, some features are not working, Aircraft mod is not supported!

Features:
- Update for Factorio 2.0
Changes:
- Allow use of concrete runways when runway requirement is set
- Low fuel warning will sound even when gauges are disabled
- Make takeoff distance estimation line smoother
- Plane UI remains open between takeoff / landing
- Remove support for aircraft, betterCargoPlanes, helicopters
