Problem

We'd like to demonstrate how MLFlow can be used to manage runs of analysis workflows

Approach

  1. Copy the analysis code from the notebook to a standalone python script.
  2. Identify parameters to the analysis
  3. Configure an MLflow Project and Conda environment to run this analysis
  4. Write a script that uses the hyperopt library to control a hyper parameter scan
