Open the script git_script_SC_V1.0.R in Rstudio. Ensure the datafile data_matrix_SC_v1.0.txt is in the same folder. Ensure that all the folders inside the script are set correctly.
Using Rstudio, you can check the analyses reported in our manuscript.
