Draft status PR for preimage store.

Highlights include:

• cli feature param
• forest persisted or in-memory preimages store
• bonsai persisted, in-memory limited, in-memory unbounded preimage store
• refactoring, removing of reference test specific behavior
• incorporation into worldstatekeyvaluestorage classes
