feat: Nakamoto 3.0 mainnet updates

• Add a Modal announcement
• Remove Block view 2.5 and leave 3.0 as the only block view the Explorer has
• Rename network label

Things to do before merging:

• Update modal title and content
• Update image nakamoto.png in static folder
• Update link to new blog post
