Hey there Hacktoberfest participants!

We are very happy that you are considering contributing to our project.

The Knesset-data-pipelines project was built from the ground up to allow very short time to PR and deploy - to give contributors a very nice and satisfying experience working on this project.

We use very standard tools and processes - if you are familiar with them it should be very easy for you to contribute.

To start contributing, first choose an issue (You can filter the issues using labels like help wanted or hacktoberfest), write in the issue comments if you have any questions or clarifications.

Once you are ready to develope - follow the README for more details about the project and instructions to install a local development environment.
