Fazli admin proposal

Proposed is for Fazli to take responsibility for:
- Maintaining up to date information about who our members are and what they are subscribed to (presently in the form of recurring invoice templates)
- Updating membership information as it changes; maintaining contact with members to do so
- Determining what each member appears to owe at the present time; inviting them to settle; collecting as appropriate
- Making records available to the membership/community on a regular basis (e.g. monthly standard QuickBooks reports dropped into Google Drive as PDFs/spreadsheets; N.B. such reports to exclude personally identifiable information)
- Co-ordinating with our accountant, including with a change of accountant if determined by HackerspaceSG, including annual filings if he's on board at that time
- Ensuring that systems used to keep records are controlled by HackerspaceSG
- Documenting procedures required to perform all of the above; training others to carry out the same procedures
At the present time, it is proposed that Fazli: (a) commit to this from now until May 31 2018, with the possibility of extension (b) is not at this point taking on a directorship or a association treasurership, but rather is reporting to people with that role
At the present time remuneration is an open question. We anticipate 10-15% of gross revenue. This item should be reviewed once the revenue picture is clearer. We intend to review this in the next plenum in 2 weeks.
