2.Excutable in PATH
    2.1 gsmsend
        Tool to send message to related peaple, mostly used as urgent warning,
        rely on the gsmsend command in system pass. Validated with version 1.1.2.0, except argument
        format gsmsend 136********@msg
    2.1 mail
        Linux smtp server

# Environment Configuartions
1.Conf Directory
    ./conf/EnvConfig CONF_PATH
    Specify the absolute path of the conf directory. I didn't use python to auto-detect this path
    because the conf directory will be packed into a zip file for the usage of spark-submit, which
    will cause the auto-detected path to point to a .zip package rather than the origin directory
2.Tool Directory
    ./conf/EnvConfig TOOL_PATH
    The absolute path the the mentioned tool directory.

# Untouchable Files
Some data, namely the tag list reviewed by PM, should not be altered unless you know what you
are doing(and your boss and PM do too).
