shaperglot 0.6.0

This version adds support for "nearly supported" languages, and allows
checks to return information about what needs to be done to support a
language. Languages with 5 (by default) or fewer "fixes" are reported as
being nearly supported, and information is given about how to add
support for them. Additionally, shaperglot check now allows you to
supply a language name instead of ID.
