The original structure was designed under the assumption that we would have separate latin, cjk and indic modules to generally match FT. We ended up merging a bunch of redundant code leaving everything (confusingly) under a single latin module. This does some basic restructuring so that things make more sense: * blues, widths under a metrics module * segment and edge detection under a topology module * the high level hinting algorithm under a hint module No functional changes.
