Version 0.11.0

Improved connectors support, added SLI hash optimization, SDK's extensibility improvements, large ETL process deployment and ability to export report (in addition to existing export report definition).

From now on we are measuring code not covered with automatic tests using Coveralls and we are running acceptance tests on the test environment.

As always we squashed several bugs.
