- Relevant folders now accessible through Gitpod for developmen (plugin, themes, root)
- Database persistent if needed, commit to Github (ignored in .gitognore)
- latest version of MySQL chosen

Added CHMOD such that folders are accessible for user gitpod. |

Did some addition improvements, also to be able to restart a workspace. Before apache was throwing errors because it could not access the logs. |
