Fixing paths of written-out numerals 51–59 and 61–69.

These were erroneously generated as e.g. "vilovvittâ" instead of "vit(t)lovvittâ".
Adding Use/NG for the single t-forms, as is done elsewhere. The placement of the tag should not be problematic, as it is removed in all FSTs where the strings containing it are not removed.
