Add Information when using Spring boot docker compose with JDBC Instrumentation

I had trouble using JDBC Instrumantation and wanted to share my findings in the Documentation. I am not sure if the location for this information is correct, since it only effects spring-boot platforms, but the Documentation is in the java section.
