Upgrade Javarosa

The changes to Javarosa have been:

• Time component of now() calculation not available javarosa#226
• Required message ignored when jr:requiredMsg is set javarosa#275
• Swiping back when you are behind a repeat group with a regular group inside doesn't work javarosa#278

All have forms to verify in their respective issue.

Let's merge now so we can pull the beta and get some user feedback. I'll leave the needs testing tag so QA can go through it either in the next week or along with release testing.

• Message in jr:requiredMsg is ignored if it contain only capital letters javarosa#281
• User sees additional time for saved form with time component of now() javarosa#282
