Update sharp in order to fix - https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2023-4863
Sharp from 0.31.0 support only [email protected] and higher, but looks-same support 12.0.0 and higher. So it is a major changes.
Move to [email protected] because node@16 end of life - https://github.com/nodejs/release#release-schedule.
