How to Report an issue

Before reporting an issue about these tasks, please follow the following steps:

• Check the task version number

• You can find it next to the "More Information" link below the configuration form

• Compare it to the latest version on the marketplace

• If different, you can try to "force" an update of your tasks by:

  • Editing any task parameter and save the build definition
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the extension

• Get debug logs

• On the Build Definition, add or set the System.Debug variable to true

• Run the build again and copy the full logs for the step

• Attach these logs to your issue

If you do not follow these steps we'll likely ask you to go through them since it's hard for us to replicate your exact situation locally.
