Add tests for Django 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0

Avoids the following warnings:

• Django >= 4.0
  • django.utils.deprecation.RemovedInDjango51Warning: django.contrib.auth.hashers.SHA1PasswordHasher is deprecated.
• Python >= 3.8
  • DeprecationWarning: pkg_resources is deprecated as an API. See https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/pkg_resources.html

Removes tests for Python <= 3.6 (can't be setup in github action with arch x64)
