map currently points to map03 but might point to map02 in the future. Wusel recommended to crawl "map.4830.org" in case they switch to map02.

Rheinbach's websites are currently broken Troisdorf/Rhein-Sieg wasn't able to reach the person in charge. This was weeks ago.
It's the only change that might be reverted at some point if they fix their stuff.
