Default linter config for extensions should be forgiving

The default linter configuration (https://github.com/foxglove/fox/blob/main/template/tsconfig.json) is fairly strict and are an obstacle for users getting started with Studio / TypeScript / etc; most robotics programmers are probably more familiar with C++ or Python.

It would be great if the default settings were more forgiving—warnings would be fine—and then users were guided to increase the strictness before releasing their code.
