Setup

• Get the JHU COVID data repository from https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19

git clone https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19.git

• Put it in the same directory level as this repository

> ls 
COVID-19       covid-analysis

• Run the notebook

jupyter notebook Corona-Analysis.ipynb

Current Analysis

Currently only the data of Germany is checked.

1. JHU COVID data is pulled automatically
2. The data is normalized
3. Plot and view the situation of the last 5 days and in total
