Changed log entry format, updated readme and metadata version.

Changed log entry format in app_logger.py example to use the standard-formatted prefixes "APP[] <app_name> -" and "APP[] ERROR <app_name> -" instead of "APP[<app_name>] -"" and "APP[<app_name>] ERROR -". Added Ruby info to README.md.
