Fix up the devcontainer for the labs and add some helper scripts. You can test these changes by starting a codespace on the
labs-devcontainerbranch. Once the shell opens (should be < 2 mins startup) you should be able to runlabs --helpto show the CLI commands for the labs that show you current progress, etc.
