Setup HubStaff App

In order to integrate with HubStaff, a new App should be created in your HubStaff account to retrieve OAuth Client ID and Client Secret.

Note: you should set correct Redirect URLs, e.g. http://localhost:4200/#/pages/integrations/hubstaff if you are doing testing locally.
