Fix content for settings in the wcc.Dialog. SettingsGroups placed in the dialog are not on top, and content will be hidden inside a scrollable area when interaction occurs - e.g. when a dropdown is opened.

Make content to be on top/overflow to prevent activation of scrollable area for the content.
