Describe the bug
QueuedContinuesWhenOnIsarStatusHappensAtTheSameTimeAsOnIsarMissionCompleted is non deterministic, because it is heavily reliant on timing and sleeps. This needs to be fixed.

To Reproduce
Fun the test alone and together with other tests to see the different behavior.
