Automatically adding author information to epidists from {epireview}

The "data from epireview" vignette describes how to add bibliographic information to epidist objects created from epireview entries, which is very useful, however at the moment it's only possible to do so manually by matching IDs from the params and articles tables from {epireview}.

In the future, ideally it would be possible for the bibliographic information to be added automatically to the epidist object and taken from the "articles" table directly.
