News and Newsletters consists of 3 section: News | Newsletter | Settings
News: Using this section you can display news to your forum members (Ex: ElkArte - Just Installed!)
Newsletter: Using this, you can send newsletters & mail to your forum members.
Settings: Gives you the option to restrict who can edit news items, send out newsletters and set a limit for RSS feed.
