To build this RPM:

	1) create the yuma123 distribution tar file
	   % cd /path/to/yuma123-git
	   % autoreconf -i -f
	   % ./configure
	   % make dist

	2) Copy/link the resulting tar file
	   % cp yuma123-2.11.tar.gz /path/to/perl-libyuma2-XS

	3) Build with fedpkg (rhel7 example shown)
	   % cd /path/to/perl-libyuma2-XS
	   % fedpkg --release el7 local
