This version of the model uses openmp to optimize for running on a cluster. On the linux clusters I compiled this with intel, gcc, and clang. On OS X you may have to download/use a compiler that handles openmp.

To compile model for Johnson Creek, use command make netcdf=T

If not using an intel compiler, (e.g., if you are using gcc or clang), you must replace all instances of 'qopenmp' in the makefile with 'fopenmp'

To run RHESSys, see instructions at: https://github.com/RHESSys/RHESSys/wiki
