Release 6.7.13

This version will duplicate the Slide app on your phone. To publish to the Google Play Store I had to change the original applicationId of me.ccrama.redditslide to something else. As a result it is considered to be a different app. I wanted to avoid this change, but there was no choice.

You will need to backup and restore your settings between the old app and this new app.

Please open an issue if you find any problems with this change.
