update, download and verify. All ids/skipids support both title and (numeric) id For existing download skipids changed syntax to be consistent with other multiple inputs. Made it possible to use ids/skipids when checking for updates / new games as well. Reverted treating New games as Updated (it made it impossible to check for updates to games in manifest while not also adding new games)
Fix Derp where ids could be incorrectly reported for empty downloads, in the case where the ids matched but none of the games were new/updated.
