I commented out (rather than removed) most of the workflows, because I expect we'll bring some of them back, in particular the Linux and Windows runs, once they're supported.
I added some steps to build and test the current implementation, on the two variants of OS X and three currently supported versions of Node. Each of these 6 jobs runs in under a minute.
