This is basically copied from the Agreement document, this is useful here because people will likely check the wiki when they have questions about things and also because the Corporate Regulations book has a broken link and we need to get a new one. As a side note the font and table background color apparently doesn't show up on Github so that's not a thing we will have but I left in HTML tags for that in case this file is viewed in some other way.
