With all dependencies on the classpath but "context-excluded", we expect the coverage to be the same as before after this change, and the analysis time should not be much longer.

Why do we need diffblue-base.json?

Are these tricky cases actually handled well yet? If not they should be in java-test - java-demo is intended to show where we do well. Java-test is intended for internal benchmarking of progress.
