  • Just fixing some typos, mainly related to repeating the the words.
  • While fixing the typos in pkg/dtd_impl/dtd_protocol.md, found some internal links to success-responses section which didn't exist. After searching, I found the section, but it wasn't set as header.

Just fix a small typo in some Issue Template files
Searching for other places with `the the` typos and fix them
Success Responses section was not set as header, so all anchors reference it wasn't working
