Some updates to slept2resid #20

Some functionalities added for slept2resid:

Fitting each coefficient can be run in parallel (on by default but can be turned off with the Parallel argument)
Argument fitwhat can now be a scalar (i.e. no periodic terms)
Simpler I/O:
- Arguments thedates and fitwhat now support the datetime format
- Input parser is used so default arguments don't have to be specified with []

All changes should be backwards-compatible, except that the default periodic term has a period of 365.2425 days (given by days(years(1)))
