• Add preview version of the savegame editor.
  This is just to try it out and detect bugs,
  you can't override the changes you have made yet!
• Rewrite parts of the gui system to fix issues caused by moving savegames
• Improve error reporter for error that occur at startup
• Filters now also apply to savegames
• Fix errors caused by special characters in campaign or savegame names
• Fix error when parsing ck3 savegames with an invalid landed title
• Fix a few other small bugs
