Discord webhook logs support for the FiveM resource "cs-stories".
This resource is supposed to be used for moderation purposes and not as a stories feed for Discord.
For internal server setups the videos will be posted to Discord as attachments.
For external server setups the videos will be posted to Discord as direct links to the external server.
