About the PR
Adds an unique restock crate for the QuickThreads.
Adds a 3500 spesos cargo entry for the QuickThreads restock crate.
Removes the arbitrage test patch introduced in #312.
Why / Balance
The arbitrage test is going to be a pain to keep fixed and might cause conflictions so it's best to just split it into it's own thing.
