Well, as far as I understand the they are building a service from which companies will be able to analyse, monitor and crunch numbers out of social media datasets.
So they don't develop bespoke software, nor they give any advices to companies, they only crunch numbers and stats out of raw text.
Not sure if they offer extra services tho.
