Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Implements a "Last Modified" timestamp for pages using 11tys built in date handling.
  • Use the existing htmlDateString filter for consistent date formatting across site
  • Removed the utc timezone

WIP - some pages, such as the home page, are not showing updated/accurate times when changes are made to them
