Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Change schedule of job to scan for iam stale key compliance to run daily instead of weekly. That way the person on maintenance can see that progress is being made after contacting engineers to rotate their keys.
  • Part of platform maintenance: https://github.com/cloud-gov/private/issues/618

None, only change is reporting frequency
