Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Add a script to scrape unused Elasticsearch and OpenSearch clusters based on Searchable Documents being 0 for the last day according to CloudWatch

security considerations

AWS Account number needs to be passed into the script, otherwise relies on existing AWS Vault connection and CF CLI oauth-token
