Starting from this version GUI will work only with TRex version >= v2.27.

Release notes:

• Update GUI according the the new Sync API for stream statistics.
• New stream(PG_ID) selector
• Visual indication if stream is stopped. In charts and tables
• Fixed issues:
  • [STL_GUI-126]: chart get stuck after a time
  • [STL_GUI-120]: create a stream with latency disable
  • Other minor fixes and enhancements.
