Bugfixes and minor enhancements:
STL_GUI-110: Not able to add Ipv6 address to Trex Port in L3 mode in GUI. Now it's possible to set up source and destination IPv6 addresses, but with a limitation: neighboring info will be updated only first time at apply step.
